There are many methods to construct a DIY Flexor billet. The most popular ones include using a jigsaw or plywood, soft cloth, glue 3 neodymium magnets, and a soft cloth. To ensure that your board is strong, secure and stable, the first step is to measure the board accurately to establish the length of the span between each individual board, and also the distance between the center of the boards. To determine the right span for your board, draw a straightline on the board vertically (bearing awayfrom the wall) and place the pencil at the center. This will give you a better idea about the size of your board.
To start your project, cut the plywood along the long edge. Next, clean the edges with a soft cloth. Lay the board horizontally, with the longest side facing the wall. Next, cut the plywood diagonally to fit against the plywood. The board can now be secured together using screws and a drill. You may want to use nails or screws depending on how secure you want your board to be.
After you have secured the board together, you are now ready to bend it. You will need to use the drywall tool again to secure the board. Next, you will need to bend the board into an U shape using a hammer. To avoid stretching your board while you bend it you will want the knife to start at the end. To create a crease on the board, start by tracing the knife along one side of it. Once you have created the crease, carefully run the board back along the U shape until you are able to get it to sit level with the surface of the wall.
